1st World Series of Beer Pong
Our generation grew up with video games. At the arcade, pizza joint, at your friends house that has the better controller… Through college games became the distraction from school work, the prep before going out, the alternative to a bogus party, the wind down from the night out or like some of us a focus on the skills and competition.
Imbibing with games started when that party needed jump starting or you just didn’t have enough going on to keep it interesting. There was always the softball rounds and between holes on the course so the natural progression would bring that practice into the home as we scored on NHL, NFL and other sports. Then applying drinking to any leisure activity such as drinking bingo during political debates.
