This is a Russian advertisement for a “Low-alcohol” yet “Premium” drink. The obvious context here is you can drink low-alcohol cocktails, drink and drive and still get hot sleepy women who’ll fondle your dragon… The ChinaTown by day is not much better because I can’t even figure a context: Maybe their ChinaTown is just that …
